I actually finished this in June and wore it to work and on holiday.  I love this dress, it can be dressed up or down.  To work I wore it with high wedges and jewellery, on holiday with flat sandals and a shell necklace.  I was really pleased with the buttons which I got from a vintage fair and have a retro swirly pattern on them.  I am still contemplating whether or not make a thin belt.  I am keeping my eye out for an original buckle to add to it.
